Project 1944 is of the Wolisho variety and is known as an heirloom because it is indigenous to the forests of Ethiopia. This farm is from the town of Yirgacheffe, and happens to produce some of the most unique coffees in the world. With flavor notes of Green Apple, Kiwi, and Watermelon, It is a staple for many coffee connoisseurs around the globe.
